Before you write
A few things come up often and already have an answer on the site:
- How conversion works and what settings to use — the optimal settings guide covers FPS, quality, and width for each use case.
- Whether your files are uploaded — they aren’t; everything runs in your browser, as explained in the privacy policy.
- Pro, magic links, and unlocking on another device — see the Pro page; for purchase or access issues, email is fastest.
- Platform-specific embedding — there are dedicated pages for email, Webflow, Framer, and Shopify.
For anything else — a bug, a feature request, a factual correction to a guide, a press or partnership query — the form below reaches the same inbox as the email address above.
